B Shamkumar graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1994 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995. He has extensive experience in handling corporate matters ranging from simple agreements to complex mergers & acquisitions involving both local and foreign companies. He is also proficient in resolving disputes in various fields such as family disputes, construction related disputes, intellectual property infringement claims, accident related claims, tenancy disputes, shareholders’ disputes, cross border claims to name just a few areas of his practice. Shamkumar is also adept in advising individuals and corporations on issues concerning private international law besides attending to matters relating to estates, legacies and estate planning.
